Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment but do not do so within the correct time frame (48hrs prior) you will be required to pay 50% of scheduled service. No call/no shows will be blocked from booking and are required to pay 100% of missed appointment. Every client has a *10 minute* grace period. After your grace period, the appointment will be need to be cancelled/rescheduled and you will be required to pay 50% of the service.
